Portrait Academy Featuring Michael Shane Neal & Dawn Whitelaw will be held November 6 and 7 in Shamblin Theatre.The Portrait Academy Series provides attendees with a uniqueopportunity to watch, learn and talk with nationally known artists.Attendees can choose to attend the Friday night demonstration or thetwo-day event format. On Friday evening, our featured artist Lipscombalumni Michael Shane Neal and Dawn Whitelaw will demonstrate thepainting process from start to finish. A question and answer sessionwill follow. The Friday night demonstration sets the stage for theworkshop on Saturday where attendees will set up their easels and paintfrom a live model under the featured artists’ instruction.Tickets are $40 for Friday only and $159 for the Weekend.
